Simple, straightforward fees

Our fixed fee service keeps things simple. Here’s how we do it:

  • We charge £72 per calendar month (inc VAT) per property, with nothing to pay upfront. You’ll only be charged when rent is received
  • We charge a one off flat low-cost property set-up fee of £96 (inc VAT) for each new property we manage.  
  • For each new incoming tenancy we charge flat referencing fee of £96 (inc VAT). The referencing is extremely in depth and we will not accept any tenants that do not meet the criteria of a Rent Guarantee Policy. 
  • The set-up & referencing fee is deducted from your first month’s rent
  • We do not charge any other admin fees and there are no minimum contract lengths

Money protection

Propertymark’s client money protection (CMP) scheme is an industry standard guarantee to protect landlords and tenants from rogue agents. As Propertymark members, Mo Move have gone through a thorough process to check that we qualify for the scheme.

Let only service

Typically, landlords ask us to manage their properties for them. But if you’re a landlord that is comfortable managing your own property, you can still benefit from our resources and expertise to help you find a tenant.
