Our let only service is perfect for landlords who know how to manage their property, but need help finding the ideal tenant. Mo Move will help get your property rented faster with help from our lettings experts.
Your property will be listed through all our industry-standard channels so we can attract the best tenants for your property. We’ll keep on top of all the paperwork and handle all of the first-round viewings.
You’ll get a shortlist of great tenants fast.
At the end of this process, we request that the landlords themselves undertake a second viewing with the prospective tenants. This is a great opportunity for the landlords and tenants to meet. We know that giving a viewing can be a daunting task, so you can invite your Mo Move agent along to help if you need.

Our let only process means you’ll get a great tenant that you’re happy with, and fast. It’s your property and you remain in complete control.
All documentation supplied is with full legislative compliance and is signed digitally before the tenancy starts. This means that you, the landlord, will enter a long-term tenancy with full compliance and complete peace of mind.
The total cost of the let only service is £499 + VAT. We don’t take any payments up front. You pay when the new tenancy begins.
