The cost of our AML compliance and verification service is £63.00 inc VAT per property. This is a one-off upfront fee, payable when we are preparing your property for the market.

At this stage, we’d just like to make you aware of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance checks, which help protect buyers and sellers alike by ensuring property transactions are conducted safely, securely and transparently.
At Mo Move Newquay, we carry out identity and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on all buyers and sellers involved in a transaction. These checks help protect against fraud, verify the identity of all parties and provide greater confidence throughout the buying process.
Importantly, you will only be asked to complete these checks once your offer has been formally accepted by the seller. There is no need to complete them before viewing properties or making an offer.

The cost of our buyer verification and AML compliance service is £63.00 including VAT per property purchase.
