For transactions that require additional review, enhanced due diligence procedures may be undertaken to ensure all necessary information has been checked and validated.
A simple one off cost
The cost of our AML compliance and verification service is £63.00 inc VAT per property. This is a one-off upfront fee, payable when we are preparing your property for the market.
Importantly, this fee covers all legal property owners associated with the sale, ensuring that the necessary verification checks can be completed efficiently and professionally from the outset. It also enables us to carry out the robust compliance procedures that help safeguard your transaction and provide confidence to all parties involved.
